How to Prep for Your Bridal Appointment:

Here are a few helpful tips to make the most of your time with us—even before your appointment begins:

• Wear nude underwear
  This helps you get a better visual of how the dresses will look on your big day—simple, but super helpful!
• Bring inspo photos
  Whether it’s from Pinterest or our website, we LOVE seeing what’s been catching your eye. It helps your bridal stylist understand your vibe and wedding vision!
• Gather your personal hype team
  We can comfortably seat 5–6 guests, but feel free to bring more if you’d like! When choosing who to bring, think about who will lift you up, cheer you on, and want the best for YOU.

What to Expect at Your Appointment: When you arrive, your bridal stylist will greet you, get you checked in, and introduce themselves. Appointments are 90 minutes long—plenty of time to find your dream dress!

Here’s a quick rundown of what happens:

• Your stylist will start by asking you a few questions so we can best support you in finding the dress. We want to get to know you and your hopes and dreams for your wedding!
• We’ll show you around the store—our dresses are organized by size (all in European sizing), and we’ll help you find the right place to start browsing.
• You’ll start trying on dresses! Your stylist will be in the fitting room with you to help you in and out of gowns and answer any questions along the way.
• Once you’re in a dress, we’ll bring you out to your group so they can see you shine!

What If You Find The One?

• Since we’re an Off the Rack store, our gowns are one-of-a-kind. That means we only have one of each dress in one size, and we don’t place special orders at this location. So, if you fall in love with a dress, we definitely recommend saying YES—because once it’s gone, it’s gone!
