Not only do we carry bridal gowns in our store, we also carry bridesmaid dresses! We have three different designers in store that offer a wide variety of styles, fabrics, and colors. Here is everything you need to know about ordering bridesmaid dresses:
Start Early, Stress Less
The ideal time to start shopping for bridesmaid dresses is 7–8 months before the wedding. Dresses typically take around 4 months to arrive in-store, and most will need alterations to ensure the perfect fit.
By ordering early, you’re giving yourself time for the dress to arrive, any necessary alterations to be made, and avoiding any last-minute stress.
Lock Down Your Bridal Party
Before you dive into styles and colors, make sure you’ve finalized your bridal party. Get all your best friends and personal cheerleaders set in place, it’ll make the rest of the process so much easier!
Pick a Color Palette
Whatever it is that YOU want! It can be multiple colors or just one! This is your vision, and your bridesmaids are here to help bring it to life.
Questions to Think About
Choosing bridesmaid dresses comes with options (and a few decisions). Here are a few questions to help you get started:
- Do I want them all in the same fabric or do I want a mixture of fabrics?
- Do I want all the dresses to be floor length or different lengths?
- Is there any necklines or styles I DO NOT want my bridesmaids to wear?
- If your bridesmaids are doing the same color but different styles, can more than one person be in the same style?
I know it can be overwhelming, but that is why a stylist is there to help you! Sometimes you don’t have to know the answer off the top of your head—your stylist will help lead and direct in whatever way you need.

When your bridal party comes in to shop, here’s what you can expect:

- Keep the group manageable—too many opinions can get overwhelming!
- It’s always best to book your appointment in advance, especially during busy wedding season

Placing the Order
The ideal time to place the order is at minimum 7–8 months before the wedding. Ordering early gives everyone peace of mind and plenty of time for fittings.
Why Ordering as a Group Matters
If all of your bridesmaids are ordering the same color, we wait until everyone has placed their orders with us before we place the order with the designer. This is to make sure:
- The dye lots all match perfectly
- The dresses ship together
