Bridal Gown Measurement Guide
1. Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape comfortably snug but not tight.
Ensure the tape runs straight across your back and remains parallel to the floor.
2. Waist
Find your natural waist by bending to one side; the crease is your natural waistline.
Measure around this narrowest part of your torso, ensuring the tape is parallel to the floor and comfortably snug.
3. Hips
Stand with your feet together.
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, ensuring the tape is parallel to the floor and comfortably snug.
4. Hollow to Hem
Stand straight with your feet together.
Measure from the hollow between your collarbones (the dip at the top of your sternum) straight down to the floor.
If you plan to wear heels, measure while wearing them to ensure the correct length.
Important Tips:
Use a soft, flexible measuring tape.
Wear the undergarments you plan to wear with your dress during measurements.
Keep the tape parallel to the floor and ensure it's comfortably snug, allowing a finger to fit between your body and the tape. Double-check all measurements for accuracy.
