I had the best experience buying my wedding dress from TTK Off the Rack! It started with very consistent, quick and thorough communication after submitting an inquiry through their website. At my initial try-on appointment, I worked with Ashley. She was so kind, professional and helpful. I had originally come to the store to try on a specific dress that was in stock. After trying on I had time to try on 2 additional dresses. After describing at random a dress I’d be interested in trying she pulled the absolute most beautiful, perfect dress! This resulted in me completely switching gears from the original plan I had in my head with the first dress I intentionally came in for. Ashley was able to squeeze me in the next day for a second try-on appointment where I ended up buying my dress which turned out to be the random 3rd option she pulled the day before. She even paired the most beautiful veil with my dress & I hadn’t even planned on being a veil bride! The whole experience was a dream! At no point did I feel uncomfortable or pressured. Ashley knows her stuff! She even helped me decide on what style bridesmaid dresses and colors would best complement my dress. I would recommend this store to every bride!! Easily a 10 star experience!! If I could go back and create my perfect day for trying on wedding dresses, I seriously would not have changed a thing. To start, the dress selection at the store has something for everyone! There were so many beautiful gowns. I was lucky to have Sonje helping me find my dream dress, and she was simply amazing. It felt like she had known me and the rest of my group for longer than just our appointment time, she was just so personable, sweet, and helpful. We laughed a lot as we worked our way through the beautiful selection, which just made the process so much more fun! Honestly, as it should be.
